Whatever your level of fitness, everyone is welcome at one of our many fitness classes; we just ask you let the instructor know if you are a beginner.
We currently run Aqua Aerobics, Group Cycling, Body Conditioning, Pilates and custom classes on our Wexar system.
Sessions must be pre-booked online or via the Better UK app.
Lapping the pool is not the only way to get a workout in the water. Why not try something new with our water workouts. Combining aqua aerobics with strength and conditioning moves, a workout in the water will get your heart pumping without putting pressure on joints.
This full body workout is achieved through high reps & non-cardio exercises using kettlebells and body weight, with a variety of schemes and plans to keep you on your toes and always pushing in new and exciting ways.
Pedal your way fit. Cycle along with the group in one of our many themed classes from uplifting music to rocky themes and much more, focus on achieving your goals in one of these instructed classes.
Gently train your physique and improve core strength in a calming, yet challenging atmosphere. Pilates exercises focus on lengthening and strengthening muscles while challenging the core, to build a focused and healthy you working muscles you won’t have worked before but using techniques to keep it fun and challenging.
The Copeland Pool and Fitness Centre also has the Wexar Virtual System.
We don’t have a certain fitness class at the centre that you would be interested in trying?
No problem!
The Wexar Virtual System has hundreds of interactive videos showing a wide variety of fitness classes, at different ability and difficulty levels!
This means that if there are no prior bookings of the studio, you can request a fitness class not on the schedule!
Ask at the desk, and a member of staff will set the system up, ready for you to choose one of the fantastic classes available.
