We have two fantastic swimming pools where you can have fun: our Main Pool is 25 meters long and has a depth from 0.8 meters at the shallow end to 3 meters at the deep end, and our Learner Pool is 13 meters x 7 meters long with a 0.3 meters -0.7 meters depth.

In our swimming pools, you can swim for fitness or swim for fun, improve your technique, or take part in an aqua aerobics fitness class.

Copeland ASC also train at Copeland Pool and welcome new members.

Both children and adults can learn this life-saving skill, with the various Lessons we have on offer, for more information, please see below.

Children can also test themselves on our inflatable, swim competitively, have a birthday party in the pool; whatever you do - JUST - GET - WET!
