Junior Gym
We're passionate about encouraging a healthy and active lifestyle with Better Gym Belfast. Our team are here to inspire a passion for fitness in the next generation and believe it's never too early to start. With our Junior Gym membership, children aged 11-17 can join the gym and attend our gym sessions and fitness classes at allocated time slots.
Our junior gym members have city wide access to all of our facilities across Belfast including:
Swimming
Junior fitness classes
1 racquets booking per day
To attend junior members must make a booking via the Better UK app.
A qualified fitness coach will be present during these sessions.
Days and times available:
Monday to Friday 6am - 5pm
Saturday & Sunday 8am - 3pm
NOTE last bookable session Monday - Friday is 16.00 and all Junior Gym members must leave by 5pm and Saturdays and Sundays last bookable session is 2pm and all Junior Gym members must leave by 3pm
Junior Gym Induction
Each junior is required to complete one junior gym induction prior to attending our junior gym sessions, to learn how to use each of our equipment safely.
On completing the junior gym induction, juniors can attend any junior gym session and will have access to our equipment such as our treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, exercise bikes and much more.
