Junior Gym offers use of the gym for 11-17 year olds who have reactivated their memberships.
Sessions take place Monday – Friday 15:00 – 17:30
Saturday and Sunday 12:00 - 15:00
Sessions must be pre booked via the Better UK or online.

Tuesday at 12:00 PM - Cardio (30 minutes)

- This class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall physical conditioning. A great way for kids to develop a solid fitness foundation.

Pickleball Group Sessions
