GYM INDUCTION
New to the gym environment and need some support? Or maybe you have never used Technogym equipment before? Book your gym induction with one of our Fitness Instructors who will show you how to use each piece of equipment and create a bespoke gym programme to get the most out of your workout and achieve your goals.
WELLBEING SUITE
If you're interested in a little bit more support with your workout, check out our Wellbeing Suite that contains 12 Innerva Toning Tables. Unlike conventional exercise equipment, Innerva’s range does not rely exclusively on muscle power, but by an electronic power system which enables you to work passively or actively, depending on your ability.
JUNIOR GYM
Our Junior Gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with help and support from our experienced Fitness Instructors. With dedicated times throughout the week and additional sessions during school holidays, there is plenty of time to improve your fitness.
Juniors will have access to the gym equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers. Our new junior group fitness programme includes Group Cycle, TRX, Kettlebells and Circuits.
ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM
Spend some time together while working out. Our popular Adult and Junior Gym sessions allow 11-17 years olds to come along to the gym for free with any pre-paid adult. Adult need to provide proof of membership or single session ticket booking.
These sessions are great not only for bond building but also to encourage and develop fitness and health habits within young adults.
