The fully equipped, light, modern, air-conditioned main gym at Maindy Centre boasts 70+ state-of-the-art Technogym cardiovascular and resistance stations as well as dedicated free weight and functional training areas, it is a great place to work out.

Female in Gym

Gym - Female Only

We have a dedicated gym space tucked away from our main gym that can cater for female only members - the gym is equipped with a range of CV and loose weight equipment together with workout mats.

Sessions are programmed to be bookable through the Better Uk App and are scheduled through the week day and on weekends.

Female only gym inductions are available to book with our female gym instructors - these are a great way to start your fitness journey.

New to the gym environment and need some support? JUNIOR GYM

Junior Gym sessions offer 11-17 year olds the opportunity to use the gym with help and support from our experienced Fitness Instructors. With dedicated times throughout the week and additional sessions during school holidays, there is plenty of time to improve your fitness.

Juniors will have access to the gym equipment including bikes, treadmills, rowing machines and cross trainers.

ADULT & JUNIOR GYM

Spend some time together while working out. Our popular Adult and Junior Gym sessions allow 11 - 17 years olds to come along to the gym . Children aged 11 - 15 yrs must be actively supervised at all times. 

These sessions are great not only for bond building but also to encourage and develop fitness and health habits within young adults.
