Gym Inductions
Are you new to the gym or need a recap? Book a 1-1 Induction with one of our instructors. Our staff are keen to share their wealth of knowledge and expertise to help put you at ease when discussing your goals and planning your regular exercise routine. For the more experienced, you can opt out and get straight to it.
Our facilities are staffed, so you are never far from help and support if you need it. Just ask a member of the Health & Fitness Team on the gym floor, or a member of staff anywhere in the building. We are always happy to help

Adult and Junior Gym
Would you like to train for free when brining you child along with you?
Our adult and child session, lets any pre paid junior bing an adult come along and train with the junior for free! Adults do not need to book as session as they are booked with the junior, but must be supervised and accompanied by an adult at all times.
Session Days & Times:
Monday to Friday: 07:00 - 20:00
Saturday & Sunday: 13:00 - 17:00
Supervision: Please note that the adult/parent must actively supervise the child at all times and takes responsibility for the child's conduct and safe use of machines. Only children between 11-17yrs are permitted in the session, and it is limited to one child per one supervising adult.
Equipment
Whether you are a first-timer or a regular user, the gym at Newquay Leisure World will cater for everyones needs.
We have a dedicated Strength area, which contains Technogym dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 48kg.
Other equipment in this area includes:

- Pure Strength Plate Loaded Leg Press
- Pure Strength Plate Loaded Chest Press
- Pure Strength Plate Loaded Shoulder Press

The fixed Resistance area has a full range of Technogym equipment to give you a full body work out. Every piece of equipment is fully adjustable to ensure every user is comfortable when using it.
The Cardio Area contains the latest Technogym touchscreen equipment, which includes the following -
- Excite Live Upright Bikes
- Excite Live Recline Bikes
- Exite Live Run (Treadmills)
- Excite Live Synchros
- Excite Live Varios
Also available are 3x Technogym Skillrows, 2x Group Cycle Connect & 1x Skill Mill.
Our friendly fitness instructors are on hand to guide you through your workout and offer advice if required. Alternatively you have the option to book in for an Induction or Refocus Session.
Outdoor Functional Fitness Area
A well equipped outdoor functional fitness area, with a wide range of equipment that works all muscles of the body giving you an all round functional training experience.
