The Cardio area is really spacious and well equipped, with a wide range of quality Technogym cardiovascular machines. UNITY touchscreens that are on a variety of machines enable to track your heart rate and personalise your training by adjusting; speed, resistance and more. You can also use the screens to watch TV, listen to the Radio or more.

OMNIA* is a turnkey solution for functional and ability training, which will transform your workout by adding a variety of functional exercise options to explore your true athletic potential. Suitable for different ability levels, the OMNIA™ range brings people together in an active way to achieve results more easily whilst having fun.

Group Cycle Area

Part of the Cardiovascular area is dedicated to Indoor Group Cycle, and is equipped with sixteen high quality Technogym bikes. Each bike features a self-powering console and LCD display. Touch screen makes changing elements faster, easier, and allows users an interactive exercise experience. 

Trackable data provides information about RPM, power, speed, distance, calories and many more features to enhance the performance. The resistance system goes up to 20 levels and the Poly V-belt gives cyclists a smooth, road-like experience. Our team of qualified fitness instructors run many group cycle classes throughout the week. Bikes are also available for private use for gym users in between sessions.
