Following recent investment, the Centre now boasts a modern newly-redecorated and spacious gym with dedicated cardio, strength, resistance and functional zones, complete with almost 100 pieces of state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Two air-conditioned fitness studios offer a variety of fitness classes, including; Yoga, Pilates, Zumba, Group Cycle, Power Pump and many more. The Hive is also home to two swimming pools; a 25m-long main pool and a teaching pool with a moveable floor that host a range of activities like lane swim, family swim, aqua aerobics or swim school sessions. The Hive also offers an array of activities for children, including soft play, birthday parties, junior gym, and holiday activities. A spacious sports hall is available for hire to sports clubs and recreational badminton sessions. The Centre also offers senior activities and a GP referral scheme, with inclusive facilities provided, including Changing Places. The Café serves hot and cold drinks and snacks with a seating area available to relax after your workout or while waiting for your little ones to finish their sessions.
