Winter White Water Rafting

Experience length: 90 minutes, allow 120 minutes for your session

Age: 12+ years

Brave the waves and take on our rapids! We're running regular rafting sessions to keep the adrenalin fans happy from November - March. Gather family and friends for an ultimate day out with rafts beginning from £450 per raft up for up to 9 people.

The ultimate white water rafting bucket list experience.

This is ideal for anyone looking for an extreme white water fun and adventure! Splash down from the big drops, surf the curling waves and then catch your breath at the bottom before you do it all again. This is an out ‘n’ out adrenalin fuelled ride, not for the faint hearted.

Essential information

  • Each raft takes up to a maximum of nine participants

  • We'll always try our best to keep individuals together but this can’t be guaranteed unless you book a whole raft

  • Check in for your activity at reception promptly! The time will be shown on your booking confirmation. There’s no need to arrive before this time, however please do not be late as late arrivals may not be able to take part in the activity and will not be refunded.

  • We may need to reschedule bookings that do not meet our minimum requirement of participants – you’ll be contacted in advance if your booking is affected

  • Please see our FAQs with details on how to book this activity as well as our cancellation and refund policies.

Age and weight restrictions

  • All participants must be aged 12+ and individually weigh under 18 stone
  • All participants must complete our Moving Water Declaration Form prior to your activity
  • Participants aged under 18 years must have our Parental Consent Form signed by their legal parent/guardian before being able to participate in a moving water based activity at the centre
  • Participants aged 11-17 must have a responsible adult (over the age of 21 unless legal parent/guardian) who remains on site at Lee Valley White Water Centre for the duration of their activity with one responsible adult to every four children (max)
