All of our cardio equipment fitted with Technogym UNITY, screens that allow you to plan UNITY SELF training programmes and browse the library to watch how to perform the exercises. Alternatively, you can read the latest news, browse the internet, connect to your friends on social media or watch the last episode of your favourite Netflix series from the point you left it.

Functional Zone

The functional training zone contains equipment that hones in on the core muscles of your lower back and abdomen to improve everyday movement. A selection of the equipment available includes:

We also house the full 8 machine Technogym Easy Line Circut which uses hydraulic resistance piston technology to help provide extra support when working out. This is designed for anyone who wants a more low-impact workout, such as those of our members in rehabilitation for an injury or those over 50.

Accessible Machines

We have several DDA compliant machines in our gym for those members with a disability:

  • Low Row - (wheelchair adjustable)
  • Arm Bikes - (wheelchair accessible)
  • Chest Press (wheelchair accessible)
  • Shoulder Press (wheelchair accessible)

The gym is spacious throughout to allow wheelchair accessibility.
