SENIOR ACTIVITIES AT OASIS
Not only are these sessions designed to keep you fit and active, we also provide a great opportunity to socialise and meet new friends. Why not take advantage of visiting the gym, having a swim, try out a fitness class or have a go at different sport? All of this is aimed at getting you out of the house, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time.
