Senior Activities

Here at Pancras Square Leisure we offer a membership for customers aged 60 years and over. Our senior partnership membership is just £35.90 per month plus a one-time joining fee and provides:

  • Inclusive access to the large and friendly gym offering dedicated workout zones for cardio, resistance, stretch functional, and strength activities.
  • 7-day priority advanced booking for fitness classes which can be done online or via the Better UK app
  • Access to free WIFI in the Leisure Centre
  • Memberships are no-contract and customers have the option to take out an annual membership or to pay on a rolling monthly Direct Debit
  • Access to Borough-wide facilities and classes

Swimming

We offer free swimming for Camden residents aged 60+ on a pay as you go membership at Kentish Town Sports Centre, Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre, Oasis Sports Centre and Pancras Square Leisure, on weekdays between 6.30am and 12pm.

If you have limited mobility and find accessing the pool difficult, we have a Pool Hoist on our main pool.

Inductions & Refocus Sessions

Whether you’re a new customer or already a member, you can book an induction or refocus session with a member of our friendly fitness team. This is a great way to make sure that you are training safely and efficiently and achieving your fitness goals with every workout. these sessions can be booked online or via the Better UK app.

Fitness Classes

Our Seniors at Pancras Square Leisure like to feel a part of our existing programme when it comes to fitness, we take pride in all our classes being as accessible as possible and our instructors are always ready with alternative exercises if required. However, this does not stop our existing Senior members from having their favourite classes.

 

Some of these are:

- Tai Chi

- Chair Based exercise

- Aqua Aerobics

- Yoga
