Swim For All
No matter your swimming or fitness ability, our Swim for All sessions are perfect if you're looking to build your confidence, work on your strokes, or just simply want to enjoy a swim with your family and friends. Our Swim for All sessions run in the Teaching Pool where you are invited to splash about and have fun in the water without being constricted to specific lanes.
Family Fun Swim
Join us at Swiss at one of our new family fun swim session this half term for all ages and abilities, with a variety of floats and toys available for everyone to enjoy. One competent adult swimmer may supervise up to 2 under 8’s or non swimmers under 16 at a time.

Get ready for endless fun at our brand-new soft play area designed for under 10s! Bursting with vibrant colors, exciting slides, and interactive play areas, it’s the perfect place for little adventurers to explore, climb, and jump their way through a world of laughter and excitement.
There's something for every young explorer including our designated under 2's zone. Designed with safety and fun in mind, our soft play offers a playful escape where imagination knows no bounds. Come discover the ultimate destination for active play and unforgettable fun!

Toddlers World
Toddlers World is a fun and exciting soft play session aimed at young children aged 5 and under. The sessions are designed to let your children play, crawl, climb and bounce their way around the soft play equipment in a safe, bright and colourful environment. They also provide social benefits, providing parents and children with the chance to interact with new people. Great for kids to learn social skills and for parents to potentially bond with other parents in the local community.
The sessions run every Monday and Wednesday 9:30 - 10:15, 10:15 - 11:00, and 11:00 - 11:45.

Junior Football
Brand new Junior Football lessons and courses launching at Swiss Cottage Leisure Centre from Monday 4th March.
Our Junior Football training Programme is designed to put fun at the heart of learning. Our dedicated coaches create a fun environment where children of all ages and abilities can learn the fundamentals of football and access expert support as they work on their skills. With a ratio of 2:24 coaches to pupils, your child can get individual and continual development support throughout their training. Pupils will also be split up into age groups so coaches can make sure they’re delivering lessons at the right level.
Junior Table Tennis
Do you want to improve your hand-to-eye coordination, balance and core strength? Well then our Junior Table Tennis sessions will be perfect for you! Our sessions are Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 15:30-17:00.
Junior Gym
Junior Gym sessions are when we allow children 11-17 years old in the main gym under the supervision of a Fitness Instructor.
We have to limit the numbers of juniors so this activity requires pre booking on the Better UK App or website and for Better Health Junior members this can be done up to 7 days in advance.
Adult and Junior Gym
Alongside our classes and sessions for 11-17s, we also run adult and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. Like our other gym workout sessions, these give you and your child the chance to boost your fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. While adults take full responsibility for children in these sessions, our expert Fitness Instructors are always on hand to help.
