Swim School Short Courses
Our daily learn-to-swim lessons are suitable for children 4 years and over. Children will learn essential swimming skills to ensure they understand how to be safe in and around water. These courses are available for beginners to the most advanced swimmers.

Kids swim for £1
Enjoy a fantastic value swimming offer for children, allowing under 8's to swim for just £1 (accompanying adults' usual admission applies). The offer is available on participating Swim for All sessions before 10am. Bookings are recommended to guarantee admission. Swim for All sessions are great for family and friends to have fun and spend some casual time together during the school holiday mornings and on the weekends during term time.

SWIM FOR ALL THIS HOLIDAY
Crystal Palace National Sports Centre's ‘Swim for All’ sessions are perfect if you’re looking to swim with your family & friends, build on your water confidence, work on newly developed strokes or float your stresses away. ‘Swim for All’ is suitable for all ages.
JUNIOR GYM
A dedicated time and space for all juniors to have their essential gym workouts.
Our Fitness instructors will be on hand to give 11-17-year-olds advice or a training programme to designed meet their individual goals, including learning how to use cardiovascular and strength equipment.
During school holidays our junior gym times are:

TENNIS SHORT COURSES
For those who prefer getting sporty on dry land, Crystal Palace National Sports Centre are offering a three-day mini-tennis camps. Why not pick up a racket and get active with tennis during the holidays. These camps are for ages 3-9 years.

Family Fun Swim
Family Fun Swim at CPNSC offers an affordable and enjoyable aquatic experience for all ages. With a welcoming atmosphere and lifeguard supervision, families can splash, play, and bond together in a safe environment.
Dive into laughter and create lasting memories at CPNSC's Family Fun Swim sessions!
Sessions run daily (during holiday times) from 10am-3pm in the Teaching Pool.
