Swim For All

We’re here to help your little ones burn off some energy this summer with our swim for all sessions that are suitable for all ages and abilities for fun and fitness. 

You are allowed to bring your own equipment/floats, however, please note we can only allow small floats for safety reasons.

Monday & Wednesday 10:00-13:00 & 14:00 -16:00

Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10:00-13:00 & 14:00-17:00 

Saturday 11:30 -16:00 

Sunday 09:00-12:00

Toddler Splash

Our Toddler Splash sessions are a fun and exciting way to have a splash around with your little ones in our state-of-the-art pool.

Available to book - Dates: Monday 3rd June 2024 - Sunday 29th September 2024

Monday - Friday 

10:00-11:00, 12:00-13:00 & 14:00-15:00

Saturday & Sunday 

10:00-11:00, 11:30-12:30, 13:00-14:00 & 14:30-15:30 

During Toddler Splash sessions 2 children under 8 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 and over. 

Swim nappies are required for all children who are not toilet trained. Swim nappies can be purchased from reception. 

Tennis Courts

Book one of our outdoor tennis courts for a fun and social game of tennis with your friends and family this half term! 

Charlton Lido & Lifestyle Club offers 4 adult courts and 4 junior courts all year around situated in Hornfair Park and are bookable via the BetterUK app.

Junior Gym

Get fit with your friends and family.

Our gym is not simply for adults, our junior gym sessions are aimed at 11–17-year-olds and are held in our state-of-the-art gym.

Adult & Child Gym

Get fit with your friends and family. 

We now offer Adult & Junior gym sessions. These sessions give you and your child the chance to boost your fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. While adults take full responsibility for children in these sessions, our expert Fitness Instructors are always on hand to help.

Thursday-Friday 17:30-19:30 

Saturday - 13.00-15.00 

Sunday - 10:00-12:00

Kids Swim For £1

Want to bring the whole family together during the winter? Why not make a splash during our Family Fun Swim sessions where you can spend quality time with your loved ones while making a splash! Tailored for families of all sizes and ages. 

We have a fantastic value swimming offer for children, allowing under 16 year olds to swim for just £1 (accompanying adults' usual admission applies).

The offer is available during all Swim for All sessions
