Fitness classes

Weekly Fitness Class programmes take place in our fitness studio. Activities vary throughout the week to provide you with a range of exercises to target the entire body.

Body Conditioning

Once you start, you won’t ever want to stop. These intense, exciting classes combine cardio and conditioning for a full on, high-energy workout. Total Body Conditioning will get you a "head to toe" toning workout in this freestyle format class. This full body workout is achieved through high repetition movement and non-cardio exercises. This class uses body bars, barbells, dumbbells and more.

Box Fit

Combine boxing moves with invigorating aerobic exercise to get a great all-over workout in a safe, non-competitive environment. Boxfit classes deliver a one-two punch of intense physical activity and a motivating environment to train your way to fighting fitness.

With simpler movements & lower intensity, this class is perfect for people starting their fitness journey, older adults and anyone looking to build confidence. This class incorperates chair based movements to strengthen ones stability and balance.

HIIT

Better results, faster. Push yourself to the limit with 30 minutes of quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods that will keep your heart rate up and help you reach your goals quicker.
