Welcome to Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex’s newly renovated gym area. Located across two floors, our modern, recently extended and redecorated gym is divided into five zones; cardio, resistance, strength and functional, plus an additional dedicated stretching area. Each area is well-equipped with high-quality training equipment, to provide everything you need to achieve your health and fitness goals. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced gym user, you can also choose one of our gym inductions with qualified fitness instructors, who will support you and help keep you motivated throughout your training journey. Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex’s gym has to be seen to be believed.
Cardio Zone
Whether you want to get that heart pumping to improve your health and fitness levels, or burn calories, our cardio zone is equipped with a wide range of cardiovascular machines including Life Fitness treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, and bikes to get the most from your workout.
Resistance Zone
Our resistance training area is well-equipped with high-quality Technogym machines, including a new plate-loaded Hammer Strength range. To help with your resistance training and strength-building work out with our shoulder press, chest press, lat pulldown, low row, leg extension, leg curl, leg press, and much more.
Strength Zone
The new and improved strength zone is located on the lower floor of the gym and has everything you need to build muscles and get stronger. Free weights equipment including a squat rack, bench press, preacher curl bench, benches, barbells and dumbbells (ranging from 4-50kg), provide a wide range of training options.
Functional Zone
If you are interested in functional training to help with everyday movement and improve your fitness ability, the new dedicated functional area on the first floor now includes a new functional frame. The frame hosts a variety of equipment including kettlebells, sandbags, medicine balls and much more. This Zone is also used for Functional Fitness classes that are available to book online ro via the BetterUK app.
Stretching Area
Whether you want to warm up, cool down and stretch or just work on your core, our dedicated stretch area is a quieter place with soft matting where you can start or finish your workout.
