Swimming is a great way to have fun and get healthy. We offer four fantastic pools including: 50m Indoor Pool, 50m outdoor lido, Outdoor Children's Splash Pool, Indoor Teaching Pool and an Indoor Leisure Pool. If you’re looking to improve your swimming technique, or introducing your little one to the pool, you’re in great hands. Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex has a variety of swim sessions and swimming lessons for all ages and abilities.

Swim for Fitness

Swim for fitness sessions are dedicated to anyone interested in lane swimming for health and fitness goals. Hillingdon Sports & Leisure Complex offers two indoor and outdoor pools, with lanes dedicated to a slow, medium and fast pace.

Swim for All

Swim for All sessions take part in the main indoor pool and are suitable for all levels. Whether you want to splash away with family and friends or practice your strokes, this session is for everyone.

Aqua Aerobics

Energetic music and low-impact exercises make this class an excellent choice for everyone. Working out in the water has many health benefits, from improving your cardiovascular fitness, mobility and strength to helping your mental health. During aqua classes, you will also burn hundreds of calories and tone up your body.
