JUNIOR GYM MEMBERSHIP
Start your child's fitness habits early with our Junior Gym sessions at Sobell Leisure Centre. These sessions can be booked as a part of a Better Health Partnership Junior membership or as a pay and play member.
Better Health Partnership Junior membership allows juniors 11-17 access to the gym, swimming and junior fitness classes across Islington.
Monday - Thursday 4pm-6pm
Saturday - 12-2pm
During the school holidays we have additional junior gym (age 11-17) sessions.

ADULT AND JUNIOR GYM
Alongside our classes and sessions for under 18s, we also run adult and junior gym sessions where you can work out with your child. Like our other gym workout sessions, these give you and your child the chance to boost your fitness in the gym and use a range of equipment. Sessions must be booked in advance only at dedicated time slots. Adults are required to supervise juniors at all times.

Saturday–Sunday 08:00 - 18:00

JUNIOR FITNESS CLASSES
Our junior fitness classes are included in the Better Health Partnership Junior Membership. You can also book in as a pay and play member. Fitness classes are a great way to keep active and have fun. At Sobell Leisure Centre we offer:
Strength and Conditioning Junior – Tuesdays (4.00-4.45pm) and Thursday (5.00-5.45pm)
