Our popular Junior Gym sessions are a choice if you want your child to stay active during the school holiday time. From working out on cardiovascular fitness and strengthening the body to meeting new friends, these sessions are perfect for improving your child’s fitness and gaining more confidence.
Easter Holidays- We have added extra gym session over the easter period.
Junior Gym sessions are designed for children between the ages of 11 and 17 who are looking to start their health and fitness journey. These sessions are suitable for all skill levels, whether you are a beginner or already familiar with the gym environment.
Our Junior Gym sessions are available at designated time slots, with additional slots available during the easter period to provide more opportunities for exercise. From the 29th of March to the 12th of April 2024. The following are the available session times:
*Please note that on your first visit you will be required to complete a gym induction with a fitness instructor. Inductions are available Monday-Friday 3.30pm - 5.30pm.
