Senior Activities
Here at Better Gym East Village we offer a membership for customers aged 66 years and over. Our senior membership is just £31 per month plus a one-time joining fee and provides:
- Inclusive access to the large and friendly gym offering dedicated workout zones for cardio, resistance, stretch functional, and strength activities.
- 7-day priority advanced booking for fitness classes which can be done online or via the Better UK app
- Access to free WIFI while you workout
- Memberships are no-contract and customers have the option to take out an annual membership or to pay on a rolling monthly Direct Debit
Our Senior memberships give you access to the centre and its facilities during off-peak times:
- Monday-Friday 10am-12pm
- Saturday-Sunday 1pm-5pm.
Inductions & Refocus Sessions
Whether you’re a new customer or already a member, you can book an induction or refocus session with a member of our friendly fitness team. This is a great way to make sure that you are training safely and efficiently and achieving your fitness goals with every workout. these sessions can be booked online or via the Better UK app.
Fitness Classes
As part of your senior membership, you can take part in any of our group exercise classes too that appear on the timetable and we offer some low-impact classes such as Pilates and Yoga with our amazing instructors. Find out more on what we offer on our timetable:
