It's important to use a variety of different types of training when working out; using a combination of cardio, strength and functional methods will test different muscles within your body and Waltham Forest Feel Good Centre’s fitness suite does exactly this. The spacious gym has over 100 pieces of gym equipment including a free weights area, functional training and cardio equipment and a dedicated stretch area. The equipment supplied by Technogym is state-of-the-art and fitness instructors will be on hand to support you achieve your goals.

We have a variety of inductions available, so our fitness instructors can check you are well enough to train. Further more this gives you the opportunity to seek advice on other activities that the centre has to offer, to assist in achieving your fitness goals.
