East Manchester's Employee of the Month

At East Manchester Leisure Centre we love to celebrate our members of staff, so each month we nominate our stand out staff member and reward them with gift vouchers. 

The employee of the month award is nominated by all the staff at the centre and is based on work ethic, attitude, professionalism, just all the things you would exoect from a model employee. 

Luis Mendoza won Januarys Employee of the month. Luis is always cleaning, it is said that he cleans during his sleep too, but Luis' work ethic is second to none, he is an employee who constantly sets the standard for his co-workers to be. 

Well done, Luis. Please, keep up the great work and remain a true inspiration to the work force.
