New Swim for Fitness session!

Did you know we have now added a new Swim for Fitness session every Sunday 9am-10pm!
Swim for Fitness is lane swimming to suit all speeds to ensure you get the most out of your swim.
Competent lane swimmers over the age of 11 are allowed to book Swim For Fitness sessions.
Swimmers aged 11-15 should be competent swimmers of a club standard. If not, they need to be accompanied by a competent swimmer aged 16+.
Your booking is for 1 hour and includes changing time.
