Junior Gym

At North City Family & Fitness Centre our Junior Gym sessions are designed for children aged 11-17, allowing them to workout at designated times after school and at weekends

Pre-booking is required. This can be done via the Better UK app or online.

Adult & Junior Gym

Adults attending one of these sessions will be able to bring one child aged 9 – 15 free of charge as part of their booking and must actively supervise the child at all times.

The only additional rule is that any children aged 9 or 10 years old, will not be permitted to use any resistance machines.

Children attending one of these sessions will not be required to complete an induction prior to attending.

The adult must actively supervise the child during the session and be working out alongside them, rather than being in a separate part of the gym.

Junior Health and Fitness Membership
