Childrens lessons start at the age of 4 years old to 15. As a progression step after Swimbies or as a new comer our lessons will help children develop from no water confidence to academy swimming. Our lessons are broken down into Foundation which include stages Red,amber and Green. This then progresses onto Development: Bronze, silver and Gold. Lastly moving into Academy. We welcome all children and aim to build their water confidence through developing their storke and water skills.
Our Toddler and Baby lessons are under our Swimbies framework. Starting as young as 3 months to 4 Years we invite parents to come join us in the water to help develope their childs water confidence. Using toys and mats to engage children in a fun and warm enviroment. Our teachers will help encourage and mentor you through the lesson but will always ensure your confident and comfortable.
Adult Swimming Lessons are Better's adult swimming programme for over 16.
Adult Swimming Lessons are suitable for complete beginners, while Adult Coaching is for those who already know how to swim but would like to improve their technique.
Membership is not required and attendance is totally flexible: book a lesson up to a week in advance, just like you would join a fitness class!
