Whether your children are beginners or you're wanting to build their confidence, we cater for all levels of ability.
For children aged 4 years and over whom are non-swimmers and beginners.
Teaching pupils the essential swimming skills to ensure they learn to be safe in and around water. Learning the basic techniques for all 4 strokes, achieving 10 metres on Front Crawl and Backstroke by the end of their Green milestones.
Please note short courses are only for Foundation group swimmers.
Try your luck leaping over the high jump, scalling the floating Pyramid, and jumping through the hoops like a dolphin. This sessions is designed for children between 8 -14 years old and who can swim 25 meters.
We guarantee that everyone involved will have a whale of a time.
During the School Holidays we offer weekday sessions alongside our normal weekend ones.

Swim safety rules do apply to these sessions. Children wishing to use the Inflatable must be over 8 years old and be able to swim a full length of Front Crawl with out stopping. A Swim Test will take place upon each visit by a Lifeguard before children are permitted to use the inflatable. If a child is unable to complete the Swim Test they will need to have an adult stay in the shallow part of the pool with them.

During the Summer Holidays, Junior members and Non Members will be able to use the Fitness Centre on a daily basis during the hours of:

Weekends
13:00am – 15:00pm
All Junior’s must of either of had an induction or book in for one with a member of the Gym Staff before attending the sessions
