Chlidren's Holiday Activities at Park Sports Centre
Junior Gym
Junior Gym offers a structured and specifically catered introduction to use of the gym for 11-17 year olds. Our Fitness instructors will give participants a programme of activities to meet their individual goals, including use of cardiovascular and core strength equipment.
Junior Gym sessions are available throughout school holidays, with sessions every day.

Toddlers World - Soft Play
Soft play is great fun for little ones and gives them time to let their hair down, play with new friends but most importantly, enjoy themselves!
The sessions are parent supervised, takes place in our studio and include access to bouncy castles, soft play equipment, a ball pit and range of other fun equipment.

Roller Disco
During the holidays we will be running additional Roller Disco sessions. If you are looking for something different to do this summer with the kids then grab your skates and get over to Park Sports Centre
We also have skates here, sizes 11 - 8. Come down and meet the team.
