Skating is a great way of improving balance, fitness and excising lower-back, quadricep and calf muscles. Enjoyable by all age groups, you're never too young or too old to start skating. With stunning music and lighting, you're sure to get into a Saturday night fever!

We do have a range of skates for hire, however these are limited and don't have enough for everyone who will be booked on. We advise you bring your own. 

We recommend you bring knee, elbow and wrist pads, as well as long socks (reaching well over the ankle) for the best experience. The event contains loud music and flashing lights, so please contact the centre if you have medical/health concerns. 

Every Saturday 15.00 to 16:45.
