Whether you are interested in moving your body to music, improving your core strength with pilates or balance with yoga, Wantage Leisure Centre has a range of fitness classes for everyone.

Book courts individually including badminton, table tennis or squash to play with your friends or come along to a drop in session to meet others and have a game.

Senior activities can be found in a range of our memberships or you can pay as you go. Bookings are recommended either online, via our Better UK App or speak to our friendly team in centre.

Chair-Based Exercise Class

Chair based exercise uses low intensity and simple movements to strengthen stability and balance. It is perfect for anyone starting their fitness journey, older adults, those with mobility issues or looking to build confidence. 

When: Tuesday 11-11:45am

Where: Studio

Come along to meet the instructor, Finley, see if the class is for you and ask any questions. The class is £5 per session and the centre only accepts card.

This class is brought to you in conjunction with the Move Together team at the Vale of White Horse District Council.
