Half Term Family Fun Swim available to book now!
Get booked in now for our general fun swim session which is running in the Main Pool 9am - 4pm and the Small Pool 10am - 4pm every weekday this break!
You will have access to the main pool from lanes 1 & 2 and the following will be available during these times in the pool:
Through the school break we are delighted to be able to offer you our Dive for All sessions. These sessions will also include Swim for All, adding an even more incentive to come in and see if you can brave our 5m Board. If not, we also have a 1m & 3m board on offer.
The sessions running will be on Monday, Friday and Sunday 12:30 - 14:30.
All of these sessions can be bookable on the website or on the “Better UK” App.

Main Pool
We are delighted to be able to offer you our Aqua Splash inflatable sessions Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday this break!
Will you come up short? Or will you make it to the end and claim bragging rights?
Please note: Over 8 competent swimmers only will be able to go on our pool inflatable, a swim test will be completed before entry to which a wristband will be provided to the swimmer.
Calling all Juniors Members!
We are extenble in the gym so you can get a work out in for longer throughout the half term break.
Every weekday Monday - Friday Our Junior Gym timetable will be:
Junior Gym sessions allow juniors 11-17 to join the gym at allocated timeslots to do their workouts. Sessions must be pre-booked in advance online or via the app. During the session, a fitness team member will be available on the gym floor to supervise the session, advise, and answer any questions. Juniors are required to book Junior Gym induction before their first session.
We recognise the importance of family time, especially when it involves physical activity. That’s why we offer Adult and Junior sessions, allowing any pre-paid adult member to bring a junior aged 11-17 for free. These sessions are available:
This not only provides a safe and supportive environment for both of you to exercise but also offers a unique opportunity for families to spend quality, active time together.
To book a session, head to the app and find slots under the gym tab. Please note, juniors must be supervised by their accompanying adult at all times.

Our regular mid-week Fitness Classes will be going ahead as normal throughout the half term break.
Come and test your strength and endurance with our HITT, Aqua Aerobics and Circuit Training. Or maybe relax and stretch away the weeks stress with a bit of Yoga.
