If you are looking to keep active and stay sociable, our senior activities offer something for everyone. Come along, meet likeminded people, have fun and make friends while enjoying various activities and classes.

Why not to take advantage of our fitness classes, or have a go at different sports. All is aimed at getting you active, having fun and keeping healthy at the same time. You'll receive a great support from our professional and friendly staff that will be happy to help you achieve your best.

50+ Tennis

Our 50+ Tennis sessions are a great way to play some social match play Tennis with your friends!

 Sessions are available for Pay as you Go and Prepaid Members and Non members.

Sessions are included with all Prepaid Tennis memberships

Basics Classes

Whatever your level of fitness, everyone is welcome at one of our fitness classes. Our Basics classes are designed for seniors, beginners, juniors or those wanting to get back to fitness after a break.

Supervised Gym Sessions

In a relaxed and enjoyable group setting, you'll enjoy the gym facilities and have the chance to engage with our Fitness Instructors, who will be there to give demonstrations, advice on techniques and explanations of the benefits of different machines and exercises. So if you've always wanted to go to the gym - this is the perfect session for you!

Coffee Morning

On the 1st November 2023 we will be hosting a coffee morning in Partnership with Life Café. The Coffee morning will be free of charge. Tea, Coffee and Biscuits will be available.

Time – 9am – 12pm

This Coffee Morning will offer you the chance to sit down with a warm drink, socialise and have fun. You will also get the chance to get a tour round our centre and learn and understand about the many facilities that we have on offer at Gosling Sports Park.

All are welcome – no need to be a member. We love the opportunity to get to know everyone in our local community.
