The Gosling Ski Centre offers a wide range of activities for all ages, beginner to advanced. Recreational Skiing and Private Lessons are also available to book. Prices will be depending on times and group sizes. Rental of boots, skis and helmets are all available and included in the price

We teach from complete beginners to intermediate skiers looking to move on to the next level. Instructors will track your development and supply you with a progress card updated by your instructor after each lesson. All our instructors hold industry recognised qualification’s, are fully first aid trained and DBS checked.

Adult Lessons
Our adult only ski lessons are for those who can already use the drag lift, control their speed and make snow-plough turns as a minimum. The lessons are a great social gathering as well as improving your skiing ability and technique.

Pre-booking essential
To ski, you MUST be able to control your speed, direction and be confident to use a Poma drag lift. If you have none or very little skiing experience, you will require tuition prior to being allowed to use the slope recreationally. No straight runs or jumps are allowed.
On arrival you will be required to read and sign a declaration agreeing to the above requirements. Parents/friends/ non-Gosling ski instructors are not allowed to instruct you. The nursery slope is only for use by instructor led lessons. Failure to meet the required skiing standard will result in termination of the skiing session without a refund.
For all slope activities you MUST wear appropriate clothing. This includes gloves, long trousers and long sleeves which must be worn at all times on the slope. Trouser bottoms should be wide enough to go over your ski boots. Long socks are recommended.
Suitable for all abilities from 6 years of age, private lessons are a great way to start a new sport or build on pre-existing skills. All private lessons need to be booked with a minimum of one week notice, are subject to Instructor availability and will need to be paid for in full at the time of booking confirmation.*

*Please note that during the ski season, demand is extremely high and it may take us 72 hours to respond to enquiries. Please ensure you allow adequate time to book lessons to avoid disappointment.
Our fun ring/tubing sessions consist of sitting in a rubber ring with a hard plastic base, sliding down the ski slope, and having lots of fun!

Designed for those that have never skied before, the course comprises 4 x 2-hour sessions (except the Dec course) and runs on Saturday afternoons 14:30-16:30 and Sunday mornings 10:00-12:00
It is important you can commit to attend each week.

Sundays – 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th
The November course dates are as follows:
Saturdays – 2nd, 9th 16th and 23rd.
Sundays – 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th.
The December course dates are as follows – note: this is a three-week course and will be discounted to reflect this at the time of booking.
