Our Pool Party Packages

We want to make your childs birthday special! We have a range of pool parties at your local leisure centre for a variety of ages and abilities. We are not able to cater for food but have facilities for you all to sit down after and enjoy some food and beverages you bring yourself. Our party packages include the following:

  • Lifeguards for the duration of the session.
  • Exclusive use of the pool and changing facilities.
  • Use of the studio for a minimum of 1 hour after your activity finishes.
  • Tables, chairs, and a sound system for the after party.
  • Exlcusive use of our Soft play and sports hall

Pool Inflatable Party

Our brand new pool inflatable stretches over 15m in length and has several obastacles for the kids to pass before reaching the slide at the end. All children must be at least 8 years of age and are required to complete a safety breifing and swim test prior to the party starting.

  • Duration: 45 minutes (13:00-13:45) Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Use of the Studio 14:00-15:00.
  • Cost: £180 to be paid in full in centre after completing a booking form.
  • Maximum of 30 children.

Float Party

Our pool is highly unique in the fact that we have a moveable floor so can adjust the depth to suit all ages and abilities. Make use of floats, toys, and balls that we would only usually use for our childrens swimming lessons.

  • Lifeguards for the duration.
  • 60 minute session (Saturday and Sundays) 12:45-13:45.
  • Use of the studio 14:00-15:00.
  • Cost: £120 to be paid in full in centre after completing a booking form.
  • Children under 8 or non-swimmers must be accompanied by a competent adult in a ratio of 2:1.

Soft Play Party

Private use of our brand NEW soft play for 1 hour, 13:00 - 14:00. This is followed by 1 hour use of our studio, 14:00 - 15:00. These parties can take place on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Available for children up to the age of 6 with a maximun capacity of 20.

Cost: £80

Premium Party

Our premium party comes with our float party and studio for an 1 hour. In addition this comes with 1 hour use of our sports hall or soft play.

These parties can take place on Sundays only. You will be in the water 12:45 - 13:45. followed by 1 hour of sports hall/Soft play and use of the studio.

Please be aware that the Better swim saftey policy applies to this session. Children under the age of 8 or non swimmers must be accompanied by an adult in a ratio of 2:1

How To Book

We want your experience on the special day, and also booking with us, as simple and easy as possible so have outlined these steps to follow.

  1. To book a party, you can book online via the button below, or using our app 'Better UK'. Alternatively contact us at CHIPPINGNORTON@GLL.ORG stating the date and type of party you wish to have. 
  2. We will send over availability, relevant information and booking forms for you to complete.
  3. You return the completed form to us in centre and pay the amount in full to complete your booking.
  4. We will send an email confirmation of your booking with an itinerary for the day.
