Squash is a great way to have fun and get healthy, whatever your age or level of ability. From playing with family to taking part in our  squash leagues we have a range of ways to help you improve your fitness, refine your squash skills or simply have fun.

Better works in partnership with England Squash to ensure that Squash is delivered in a systematic way across our leisure centres and importantly provides you with easily accessible sessions when you want them.

The squash leagues at The Windrush Leisure Centre provide a fantastic opportunity for you to connect with other players in the community and give you the chance to improve your game in a competitive format and win prizes.

More information on the leagues:

• Currently 35 members in 5 seeded leagues.
• Seasons run for 6-8 weeks.
• You organise your matches when convenient for you.
• Matches are 40 mins long, best of 5 games.
• Players will be promoted or relegated each season.
